Legacy Real Estate has access to the most up-to-date home  availability information through its membership in the "Willamette  Valley Multiple Listing Service" (WVMLS)and Realtors Multiple  Listing Service (RMLS). This information enables our agents to  help sellers determine a listing price based on existing  inventory, current sales, and past sales data. The buyer’s with  which we work find benefit in having access to the most  comprehensive, up-to-date data resource for homes in the area.

Many of our listings at Legacy Real Estate are existing single family homes. We enjoy providing a high level of service to people who need to sell the home they currently own. We also enjoy helping buyers identify a home of interest, negotiate a sale and see it through to closing.
